Please follow the steps below to return your product:
Send us an email to info@cocoletti.com and let us know that you want to return all or part of your order.
Wait for a response from our customer service team to see if we can accept the return. They will also give you the return address (please note this is not the address on our website. We have a separate address for our returns).
If we can accept your return, please follow the steps below. Pack the returned product neatly and securely, preferably in the original packaging, and include the RETURNS FORM you receive from our customer service department.
Send the package to the return address you received from our customer service.
Send the RETURN PROOF with the TRACKING NUMBER to our customer service department. Once your package has arrived and been inspected, we will refund you the cost of the returned products using the payment method you used to pay for the products. Please note that some refunds may take 3-5 days depending on the bank or payment method you used when ordering.
Products that meet one or more of the following cannot be returned unfortunately:
Sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
That have been created by the entrepreneur according to specifications of the consumer (assignment work);
that are clearly personal in nature;
that cannot be returned due to their nature;
Products in the categories “Beauty”, “Children & Baby” and “Sports” cannot be returned due to COVID-19 hygiene measures.
Cancellation of orders
You can only cancel your order 30 minutes after placing the order. Our orders are not processed after 30 minutes, after which cancellation is not possible.

Damaged products on arrival
What a shame! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged in transit. If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
For the quickest solution, please send us an e-mail with a photo showing the damaged part of the item. It is best to take the photos on a flat surface where the label and defect are clearly visible. We will use this information to help you with your order and prevent errors in the future.
For defective items we always send a new package free of charge the first time, unfortunately a refund is not possible. Is the item defective the second time? Then we will refund the full purchase price.

Delivery of incorrect products
We do our best to process all orders correctly. Unfortunately, it can happen that orders slip through and we send you the wrong product. Of course, we will resolve the problem and send you the correct order free of charge.

How long is the return period?
You can return a product within 60 days of receiving your order.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method once we have received, inspected and confirmed that the products have not been opened. All customers should contact us after returning the package and give us the tracking information so we can process the refund.
Please note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund.
Do I have to pay for my return shipping?
Yes, all customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracking your return as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
Can I return my product without contacting you?
No. You must contact us before returning anything because the return address may be different than the address your order was originally sent to.
