We offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all Cocoletti Travel Bag orders. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:

  • Returns apply to all orders.
  • If you took advantage of a 1+1 free promotion, both items must be returned unused and with original tags attached.
  • Items must be unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • All returns must be approved by our customer service team before shipping.

How to request a return:

  1. Send an email to info@cocoletti.com including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our response. We will review your request and let you know whether a return is possible.
  3. If approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
  4. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Attach clear photos of the issue (preferably taken on a flat surface with the label and defect visible).
